REGIONAL Member Alert: Upcoming Banking System Upgrade 10/1/2025
REGIONAL is moving to a new core banking system on Wednesday, October 1st. There will be temporary service interruptions from 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 30th through 9:00 a.m. Thursday, October 2nd, and all REGIONAL offices will be closed on Wednesday, October 1st.
During this time, Debit Cards will operate under offline limits, and Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable. Credit cards will not be affected. For full details and how to plan ahead for this major update, see our special Core Conversion information page.
